Job Description

1. Ensuring Distribution in the allocated territory

2. Ensuring timely appointment and management of the Distributors

3. Monitoring the working of the Sales Officers

4. Ensuring timely Training & Development of the Sales Officers

5. Maintaining good rapport with the Key Customers

6. Achieving Primary and Secondary Sales Targets

7. Ensuring proper implementation of the Sales Promotion activities

8. Keeping a track of the Competitors and reporting to the Superiors

9. Appointing, Maintaining and Retaining the Distributors

10. Ensuring appropriate levels of Inventory and timely Settlement of the Distributors Claim

11. Ensuring proper implementation of reporting formats from SO’s.

Desired Candidate Profile
Candidate specification: In Depth Geographical, Market and Industry knowledge
Qualification: Graduate in any stream
PG/MBA (Marketing) is Preferred.
