Bid Management Coordinator (3-5 yrs)

Taking the role of Bid Manager on all the assigned bids. Typically, these bids would have a sales value of €1-30 million, would engage “cross-line-of-business” and involve consortium partners, a number of major sub-contractors and other Capgemini regions on large transformational type deals.

-Ensure appropriate qualification, scoping & mobilization of NCE Bids where another bid manager is engaged to run the bid.
-Support other bids and bid managers through the facilitation of Key Bid Events in the Collaboration Zone ensuring that best practice is adopted in the preparation for and execution of those events.
-Be available to support front office bid managers running other significant bids.
-Create Bid Management “Centre of Excellence” materials that can be shared with the wider community to support and encourage Bid Management best practice.
-Report bid status and progress by means of a written monthly report, bi-weekly group meeting / conference call checkpoints and other ad hoc communications.
-Support specific Bid Management internal initiatives to further enhance service capability and offers.
-Address general enquiries on Bid Management that come into the BU.
-Ensure the consistent application of the Bid Management Framework to all the assigned pursuits.
-Ensure that our win rate is maximized through the appropriate and timely engagement of sales, commercial
-Subject Matter Experts in the bid process.
-Ensure that bid costs are accurately forecast, managed and contained.
-Provide as part of the Bid Management Centre of Excellence support to the sales community
-Through the provision of mentoring, bid mobilization support, bid mobilization facilitation.
-Manage and coordinate relationships into the Sales, Marketing and Delivery organizations
-Maintain Bid Management materials and collateral.
