Sales Officer – FMCG (2-4 yrs)

Job Description
1. Achieving coverage & objectives in his territory as agreed with the ASM /RSM by personally focusing on sales and also supervising distributor sales man’s operations in his territory
2. To achieve brand wise SKU wise secondary and primary sales objectives as per the agreed targets
3. Appointment and Training of the DSM’s
4. Brief and sell the monthly promos and targets to all distributors and DSM’s explaining them the objectives and the benefits
5. Ensure that the DSM’s run the units as per the agreed coverage plan
6. Ensuring stable distribution in the market as per the business plan / marker potential
7. Ensuring visibility of the company’s brand
8. Maintaining good rapport with the key customers
9. Timely submission and settlement of distributors claim
10. Ensuring and generating ROI for the Distributors
11. Ensuring appropriate Range Selling of all the products
12. Keeping track of all the Competitors activity and reporting to Supervisors
13. Reviewing the work efficiency of DSM’s on daily and weekly basis
14. Maintain and develop good business relationship with the distributors and retailers for smooth functioning of the business

Location – Chandigarh, Delhi/NCR, Hisar, Jalandhar, Ludhiana, Mohali, Pathankot, Rohtak
